About Anne
Anne acts for clients in the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and with her eye for accuracy and detail coupled with her client manner make her a firm favourite with her client following. She also helps advise families about the legal and personal aspects that arise in situations where there is a mental decline in an older family member and has a good knowledge of the local nursing homes. She also undertakes the administration of estates.
Qualifications
Anne qualified as a solicitor in 1983 after her training with Mooring Aldridge & Hayden (now Lester Aldridge) in central Bournemouth. She then moved to Dixon & Templeton solicitors in Fordingbridge where she became a partner. She specialised in property and private client work dealing with both domestic conveyancing and commercial leases (and acted as the solicitor dealing with commercial lease work for a well known national company). She also undertook the preparation of Wills and the administration of estates.
In the Office
Anne joined Williams Thompson in 1994 as a Consultant in the property department undertaking commercial property work. After a break for children, she returned to the firm and now concentrates on private client work.
Anne became a partner of Williams Thompson Solicitors LLP in November 2012.
Outside of the Office
Anne deals with property management and is a Governor of a local school. Anne is married with two sons and a dog and lives in Highcliffe.
